This hotel has a fantastic location, situated in a quiet residential cul de sac, but close to the center of town. It also has a lovely garden restaurant where guests can relax and socialize. the room was nice and clean with ample light from the big windows.

The restaurant service was not up to par with the hotel's other amenities. Guests reported waiting up to an hour for their food to be served, even for simple dishes like pancakes or chicken curry.

The hotel’s staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. They offered great suggestions for things to do and were very accommodating to any requests we had. We also really appreciated the peaceful and quiet location of the hotel, which allowed us to sleep soundly without any disturbances from nearby clubs or music. we enjoyed the delicious and healthy food options they had available at the restaurant.

We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay at the hotel. The only suggestion we have is that they could improve their bathroom amenities by providing more toiletries or better quality products.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the great service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Sajeet who was very kind and accommodating to me and my friends. The hotel itself was also very well-maintained, with clean rooms and a beautiful garden. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide range of pastries, fruits, and drinks to choose from. Additionally, this hotel was in a perfect location close to the town center but in a calm area of Thamel, making it a great spot to relax and unwind.

Spent Xmas at a new hotel in a peaceful location with nice and clean rooms. The staff were helpful, and the garden restaurant was a beautiful place to relax, with delicious coffee and food options to choose from. The hotel location was convenient, close to the city with easy access to taxis. The parking facility was also an added advantage that I enjoyed during my stay.

Though the food was great, the time it took to arrive at the table was a big issue. The hour wait time for breakfast and dinner was too long, delaying our plans for the day.
